How fast can we get started? Our onboarding process generally takes about one week, and we usually have new campaigns and flow edits starting to go out the door by the second week of working together.

The creative process begins in the onboarding phase, where your dedicated pod of team members immerses themselves in your brand story, creative guidelines, tone of voice (i.e. everything that will bring your emails to life).
